Jewellery, Tiaras & Hair Accessory Shipping (Excluding Latelita London)Details of shipment and delivery will be sent to you after placing your order. Remember to check your junk/spam/promotional inbox as sometimes tracking emails may end up in there. All deliveries are sent to the United Kingdom Only via Airmail and take 1-3 weeks but can take up to 45 days (Buyer Protection Period) depending on the courier service. If your order does not come during this time frame please contact us to let us know and we will do our very best to resolve the issue for you. All dispatch/delivery times are estimates not guarantees and maybe effected by unforeseen production or courier issues. We do not accept responsibility for delays or any loss suffered due to missed shipping or delivery dates. All deliveries are Free and delivery times can be found below. Can I change the shipping address on my order?Once an order has been processed, we are unfortunately unable to amend any details or make any changes. Please check your details are correct before checkout - and if using PayPal, do make sure your address is updated in your account too. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact our friendly customer service team via Livechat or email, and we will be happy to see if there is anything we can do to help!

Can I return my baby or party stationery order?Please check the proof for correct details, spelling mistakes or changes you require as the order can-not be changed once sent to the printers and if the fault lies with you, a refund will not be made. It is not possible to return wedding and occasions stationery for refund other than in the event of an order being produced to the wrong order specification or not to an acceptable standard where the fault lies with us. Any errors made by us in printing must be reported by e-mail using our contact form, please make sure to include your order number in the subject line. In order to qualify for a full refund, you will need to email us within 2 days of order receipt. We will also require you to return a sample or photographic evidence of the issue. We will notify you of any refund due to you via email within a reasonable period of time and will usually process the refund due to you within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you that you were entitled to a refund. We will refund the price of a defective product in full, any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur on returning the item to us. If the packaging of your order has been damaged, please accept the material from the courier and write on the document provided that you have accepted the package subject to checking. Once you have verified damage has occurred to the material inside the package you must call our Customer Service Representative on 07930 343011 so we can process and reprint your order immediately. If, when delivered, the printed product cannot be used because there is no packaging or the contents are completely ruined, please do not accept the material, and mark the refusal on the document provided by the courier. You must then call our Customer Service Representative on 07930 343011 to inform us of the issue so we can proceed and reprint your order immediately. We cannot accept a claim for loss for items delivered via Royal Mail unless 15 working days or more have passed since the item was due to be delivered.

Can I exchange my item?We do not offer an exchange service at this time.

Can I return my jewellery, tiaras or hair accessory order (Excluding Latelita London)?Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order for us to process any issues you have with our supplier. If the item is not as described please send us photographic evidence so that we can send this to our supplier as proof and therefore process your refund quicker. We promise your money back if the item you received is not as described or damaged, or if your item is not delivered within the Buyer Protection period. You can get a refund 15 days after the claim process finishes if your claim is accepted to be eligible after review of photographic evidence or an investigation has taken place to find the location of the shipment.

Can I return my Latelita London jewellery order?We follow a 10-day return policy during which you must contact us via e-mail so that a return can be started. The cost of return is the customers responsibility. The item must be undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached within 10 days of the notification that the item will be returned. We will also provide a return/refund for any damaged or defective items as long as any claims are placed within the agreed upon 4 days of the item being received.

How do I order a free digital stationery sample?To order a free digital sample please follow these steps: Choose the stationery you would like a free digital sample of. Visit our contact page and fill in the contact form with your name, email address, query type (free digital sample), chosen stationery, any colour or design changes, and details of your occasion. Submit the form, and we will create your digital sample and email it to you as quickly as possible.

Do you offer printed stationery samples?We do not offer printed stationery samples at this time. We do however offer one free digital sample of each individual item of your choice instead.

Can you amend my digital sample before I order?Digital samples can not be amended before you have ordered. If you decide to go ahead and order after you have received your free digital sample, you will have to create the order for that item of stationery for your digital sample to be amended. After an order has been created your digital sample becomes a digital proof which can be amended until you are happy then your order will be sent to the printers for printing.

How can I personalise my wedding stationery?ORDER PROCESS Let's get started... HOW TO ORDER OUR PRINTED & DIGITAL STATIONERY... Choose your stationery design & colour. Decide on the quantity you require of each item (Digital Stationery will be one print-ready file per item). Gather all details required for the stationery which you have chosen. Order your stationery and take care to fill in our personalisation section to give design & colour preferences along with the information you would like on your stationery or information we have requested from you for the product you are ordering. Please provide an email address for us to email your Digital Sample to because without this email address we will be unable to send it to you and will have to cancel your order. Please email any photos you wish to add to your stationery or guest list documentation to us on our contact page. We will now complete your Digital Proof & email it to the email address you have provided us with for your approval. Please check the Digital Proof for spelling mistakes or changes you require as the order can not be changed once sent to the printers. (Digital Stationery (this is not a Digital Sample) once purchased will not be sent to the printers it will be emailed to the email address provided). Once you have approved the Digital Proof your order will be sent to the printers & you will be informed. (Please see 8 for Digital Stationery instructions). Can I amend my personalisation after I have ordered?No, after Stationery has been sent to the printers the item can not be amended. This also applies for our personalised jewellery.

What is Moissanite?We are proud to announce our new Moissanite fine jewellery line. Moissanite is a naturally occurring rare mineral and is known to be found in meteorites as discovered by Dr.Henri Moissan back in 1893 in Arizona. Moissanite is harder than cubic zirconia and nearly as hard as Diamond. It disperses light very well and has higher light refraction than Diamond so appears more brilliant but it is not as expensive. Therefore, more sparkle for a fraction of the cost!

Can I amend or cancel my order?You can amend or cancel your Wedding & Occasions Stationery order as long as it has not been sent to the printers. Once sent to the printers, we cannot amend or cancel the order. For Jewellery, Watches, Bridal Jewellery Sets, Tiaras, and Hair Accessories orders, we are unable to amend or cancel the order once placed.

I can't find the item of stationery I require. Will you make it for me?Yes, we can create custom stationery to meet your needs. If you require custom stationery please get in touch with us via our contact page by filling in our contact form with the details below: Name Email Query Stationery Type Design Ideas Details Of Occasion Upload Ideas or Photos Via The Form A phone consultation will then be booked to discuss your stationery in depth. After this phone consultation you will receive a quote for the stationery you have requested. If you accept the quote then a 20% deposit of the quote amount has to be made to secure the order and we will start designing your stationery for you. The deposit is none refundable. If you prefer to speak to us via phone you can book a phone consultation by calling 07930 343011.

Do you charge extra for custom made stationery?Yes, the stationery is not a design we have already created on our website and has to be designed to meet your needs, therefore, we do charge extra for custom stationery. This extra cost can vary depending on the item of stationery and hours of work needed.
